The First annual People Of Color Fungi Gathering presented by the POC Fungi Community (POCFC) on Kumeyaay territory was a “smashing success!!” as has been said by many including Olga Tzogas, of Smugtown Mushrooms, who drove all the way from Haudashawune Territory (Rochester New York) to be apart of the event. “The first ever of its kind” event was presented by the POCFC, based out of Kumeyaay Territory, at the world renowned World Beat Center in Balboa Park.
